Dear Self,
If I had the chance to write you this letter sooner, I would have. I would have told you to pack more socks. Obviously you have had nothing but cold feet in the decisions you have made up until this point. You must have been too scared to be different, and well, now you are frozen.
Change. Nelson Mandela said it best -
"There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered."
Any transition serious enough to alter your definition of self will require not just small adjustments in your way of living and thinking but a full-on metamorphosis.
Music Lyric by John Mayer:
When you're dreaming with a broken heart.. The waking up is the hardest part.. You roll out of bed and down on your knees.. and for a moment you can hardly breathe..
