Of course a gala isn't anything without the formal dinner.... we were at table 14 and look at that dessert!! mmmmm yummy chocolate with strawberry and raspberry and white chocolate. Loved it!! I enjoyed the salad and the dessert, the salad was very tasteful with the almonds, mandarins, tomato, cabbage and walnuts. Great stuff. I didn't like the main course dinner which is why it is not pictured. hahahha it was a stuffed chicken on top of baby corn which could have been mistaken for rice. Not really good. Cafe Adobe was the sponsor for the food so I think I expected a little more. Nonetheless, it was a nice dinner reception.

Yes Rochelle, it slips right through your fingers. Dont get side tracked and keep yourself motivated during and after the trp. You girls will have a blast in Hawaii regardless I am sure. It would be nice if I were talking from experience. =P
