ok for real.. i have an awesome mechanic guy. I blogged about him already before cuz I was in a bad mix with da gator and he took care of me! This time... I freakin got my inspection sticker!! (which i was denied cuz of my illegal tint by a real punk...snickers... ) but he took care of that and my car had dirty fuel injectors or something..i dunno the lingo. anyways he fixed that as well....and the grand total???????? $40!!!!! wooo-hoo!!! hahahahah of course I gave him $60 just cuz man...that's nutz. yay! yay! happy camper i am!! Gotta luv da puerto riquenos ......

As far as Partying and Clubbing go on the weekends/weekdays lol.... sorry you are going to have to count me out...... Been a crazy run since November and I gotta slow it down a bit. Back to Traveling, playing outside, reading books, drinking Lemonade, watching Live bands, Comedy Shows, Plays and Operas, Independent Films, Movies, Biking, etc. etc. Yah my normal life outside the crazy partying. Oh and I had a blast with all of you!! No matter what I'm still gonna chill with u guyz...just more like at BBQ's or house gatherings.... so if ur wondering where i'm at or what i'm doing.... i'm probably outside taking pictures. Most of you know I take pictures and turn them into Canvas Art. I love graphics.. well u guys know how to reach me! Break time begins now....

Sunday Starbucks

Yesterday I chilled at Starbucks with Gail, Jamuna and Zubair! We were at the one on 6 which is where I usually plan my lessons for classes today. This time i was just there playing on my laptop cuz i finished all my work in the morning. such a weird life i have. wake up from being passed out then go act responsible. lolz..real messed up. besides the point. ..

So yah we were talking and laughin like crazy yesterday. u ever do that? like after the fact...ur either driving or doing whatever u do and u remember something so u just smile and laugh to yourself. and like a dumbass u realize what you are doing and try to play it off when u notice someone looking at u? or is it just me? lol whatever u do it too!! sort of like talking to someone on the computer when ur not suppose to be online at work and everyone is wondering how your work could possibly be so funny. hahhahaah yah yesterday was a funny day. Then Zubair and I ended up sitting outside starbucks until way past 11pm and some FOB guy...i shit u not... he comes back up to Starbucks....cup in his hand...the doors are locked and the lights are off ok...he bangs on the door until someone opens it and this fool says "can i get a refill??" <------ What??!! and the guy at the door was like "Are you serious?" hahahha i had to bust out laughing. that was tooo weird. Of course they didnt give him a damn refill and he genuinely seemed pissed off. ???? strange. Anyways coffee and good conversation..always a great combo =)

My First Hookah!

Awwwwww super super thanx to Dullah for getting me this as my birthday gift. Lolz...my very first Hookah! Look how small and cute it is! and my portable carrying case hahahha that soo makes me look like an addict. And if i must say..its probably how i lost my voice this weekend cuz we smoked da hell out it! hehehhehehe yessssss!
i don't smoke cigarettes...this thing has me hooked though. We use the double apple flavor and sometimes mix it with rose. One time he let me try some lime margarita flavor.....sick...i got sooo sick. And this past Saturday those punks.... actually nvm not going there... how dare u guys break my Hookah in like that!!! lolz!! Thanks Dullah...really appreciate it =) u know i'm at work...smokin.... hahahhahahah

Saturday

oooo the weather was real nice on Saturday! well actually...not in the morning... cuz i went to Rice University to run and it was raining hard so i turned around and went all the way to my park #2 which is on Eldridge & Memorial. Called Terry Hershey Park. Real nice place to run and actually there is a bike trail that goes all the way to the beltway which i will be hitting up for sure. So anyways i ran my 3 miles and the weather on that side of town was niiiice! Its cool cuz the trail has bridges and stuff so its a fun run. Then after that I did the normal Saturday things.... errands...wash clothes, etc. And of course then it went down at Club Mantra later that night for Nadeem's Birthday Party. He had the VIP section and bottles everywhere... i was in charge of Aman's camera hahah Papparazi in full effect! Real fun time =) Yah and u know thats the end of the clubbing season for me. Its Spring so back to traveling, fishing and outdoor activities! yay! Here are pics from da club:

hahahhahah no you know what.. I am going to put this on blast - for one reason only - cuz Zubair THOUGHT he was like the #1 arcade player in history. but little did he know...back in highschool i use to go to that Purple room in the Galleria and play on that Street Fighter machine with our little ghettos asian crew. hahahhahahha u guys remember that Purple Arcade place??? dang...waaaay back.

Yah so Friday we went to Dullah's apartment and for some reason... i think we were all really tired! it was suppose to be Poker night and we had the chips and cards but never busted them out. Instead we got hooked on that dumb show Intervention or something and then Dullah brought up Street Fighter. All i know is that Dullah was trying real hard to beat Zubair so i felt bad and had to show him how it's done. hahahahhaha kiddin.

so what if i press all the buttons!! That is besides the point!! the chances of the killer combos being repeated again is pretty high!!! doesn't matter. i beat Zubair. yessssssssssssssssssss!!!

So yesterday I had only 2 students, it varies from 2-8 sometimes. I have to take roll and all that jazz. They are only allowed to miss 3 times then they get kicked out or something. As a volunteer I appreciate this because you don't want your time wasted.

Anyways, lol look at my horrible handwriting on the whiteboard!! It's bad enough they have a hard time with English right? hahahhah

Yesterday we went over Possesive nouns. Seriously, I teach myself new stuff everyday. Stuff like Present Perfect, Prepositions.... when is the last time u heard that??? No worries i didn't remember either but i got a real tight Teacher's Edition so I just brush up on it and then i'm ready to go!

The classes are two hours long.... that seems like a long time but it goes by real fast. I teach the lesson and then they do worksheets and we go over them. This is probably the only time during the day that they really get to practice their English so I make sure to have them read as much as possible. My students are doing so much better! i'm proud!! hehehhehe.....

ok that was my dorky volunteer update....it's all good, it balances my life out. Always give to da community ;)

hahahhahah Ok skip right over March Madness right into St. Patrick's Day. So who is this guy? I have no idea, but I always take a toast to whoever wants one. Aman had asked me this question this past Saturday and I just grabbed the Green Beer and told him he was killing my buzz. Lolz.... its a good question though so let me drop the knowledge I found out in laymans terms...

St. Patrick's Day basically celebrates the death anniversary of the Patron Saint of Ireland. Supposedly he got rid of the snakes in Ireland or any serpent symbolism on the Island. Now interesting enough...the Shamrock... 3 leaf clover is what he used as the symbol of the Divine Trinity. Yah thats basically it folks...suprisingly enough he wasn't even canonised by the Pope as a Saint since that concept did not happen until after his death! nevertheless.... he is considered the Patron Saint of Ireland!

Ok so Saturday the crew headed up to Sherlock's Pub (i was about to write Diamond Shamrock hahahhaha thats actually where the guys took a leak pre-party hahahha) and yah u know I've never been there during St. Patty's Day..... it was tiiiiiiiiight!! They took that whole parking lot and fenced it off and put up big tents...it was like a freakin festival. The line was supa supa long but of course we had passes...c'mon now...u kno how we do....lol.....Live Music, drunk asses everywhere, Green everything...thus the pic with the guy and the green moustache and everyone was wearing Green. So was I but crazy Angie pinched me anyways...there should be like a retaliation pinch for that crap. Even when i'm drunk i don't go color blind so don't give me that BS!! lolz.... We saw Ozzie up there and he let me have his budlight necklace....i liiiiiiiiiikes....it was lit up too! yay! why is my goals always to get beads.... yah but not in that way pervs....

so anyways, oh it really sux that i dont have a camera. i would have mad pics to post right now
=( I'm seriously just gonna go buy one. I already sent mine out but that will take like 2-3 weeks to fix. so there is the shot from my camera phone. lol. not bad but to a graphic designer eye that totally sux. hahahhah

hmmm end of night...basically Yazin MD (mad drunk) went postal on some cardboard cutout of a chick. started beating her up.... yah well u didn't have to be the friend standing there trying to justify his actions to the vendors who put that cardboard cutout up!!! LOLz.... i actually stayed pretty sober...too tired to drink hahahahah which is a good thing cuz everyone else got throwed and then we happen to drive up on Haythem, Ivan and Guy who were dancing in the parking lot..????? i dont want to know why. i didnt hear music. hahahha.....

yay overall fun St. Patty's Day... I hear they really throw down in Chicago on this Day so maybe next year I will go hit that up ;)

The last time i threw a party for my birthday was 4 years ago so we're about due here =) Tomorrow i will be blasting out emails and phone calls for sure cuz there is something about getting a personal invite right? I would like to think this is going to go down like my Thanksgiving parties have in the past....except this time we have 4 parties in 1. March...spring babies all over da place.....

So my real birthday is on Thursday the 15th. The Ides of March which means the day Julius Ceasar was assasinated....and u can't really appreciate that unless ur into Shakespeare or Roman Times. Shakespeare coined the phrase "Beware the Ides of March" which is a term foreboding of doom. So i would like to think that alcohol will be getting the best of me that night lolz and as long as I don't have access to a phone... i'm gud!!! lolz...

I'll drop knowledge on you.... Ceasar was basically behaving like a tyrant and got stabbed like 23 times.... who was betrayed by Brutus who was like a distant cousin. So his last words were "Et tu, Brute?" which means "and you too Brutus?" and he fell at the feet of a statue of his friend turned rival Pompey the Great. Pretty messed up huh? Yah i was born that day. hahahhahah
